Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.

SafeSoundHygiene is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. For complete peace of mind, we recommend purchasing our optional Shipping Protection Plan at checkout. Without this protection, lost or stolen packages will not qualify for a free reshipment or refund.


Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes! SafeSoundHygiene ships worldwide so customers everywhere can enjoy healthier, brighter smiles.

  • Availability may vary depending on your region and local import laws.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import rules.

  • SafeSoundHygiene is not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, all changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

If you miss the window, you may request a return once your order is delivered (see Returns Policy below).


What Payment Methods Does SafeSoundHygiene Accept?

When Will I Get My Order?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on your country and method.

  • Delays may occur due to high demand or customs.

  • Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding weekends/holidays).


Order Not Received?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates.

  2. If the carrier cannot locate your package, contact us at ddmediastores@gmail.com.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • EU Orders: We participate in the IOSS system, so VAT is prepaid.

  • U.S., Canada, Australia: Typically no duties.

  • Other Countries: Local duties/taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (for hygiene and safety).

  • Opened whitening gels, floss tips, or oral devices are non-returnable.

To start a return, email ddmediastores@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions.


Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and your order number.

  • We’ll send a replacement or refund promptly.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after processing (bank dependent).

  • Shipping fees and Shipping Protection Plan fees are non-refundable.

Results Disclaimer

  • Sensitivity or gum irritation may occur temporarily and typically resolves in 24–48 hours.

  • SafeSoundHygiene does not guarantee results within a set timeframe.

Age & Safety Restrictions

  • Products are intended for adults 18+.

  • Children should not use whitening gels, LED devices, or water flossers without adult supervision.

Safety & Use Guidelines

  • Follow all instructions for safe use.

  • Do not submerge LED whitening devices in water.

  • Only use approved chargers/adapters.

  • Stop use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

Warranty Disclaimer

Force Majeure / Shipping Delays
